Summary
What does this car say about you?
It attracts attention especially in numeric blue (I've had wild stares from people I've overtaken on the motorway and exclamations of 'isn't it cute, from American tourists (don't think they were talking about me) Also had cries of 'get a proper car' from the 4x4 brigade....
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Happy, it means neighbours can get another car parked on the street!
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. 11k miles in a year no problems average 52mpg on a mix of motorway, A road and sat in stop start city traffic. Comfy, inexpensive, charismatic and fun.
What are you likely to buy next?
Drove a new G2 last year and it's a leap ahead. One of those with either MHD or possibly the diesel if it ever comes in rhd.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
You can't be a lazy driver in these or the box will catch you out as it hasn't the torque to be in the wrong gear - remapp helps especially on motorways and A roads where it's fun (on non-windy days!)
What's it like to park?
Easy once you get used to the rear wheels being wider than the front, the heavyish steering and the fact you can get a lot closer than you think you can to cars in front and behind.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Wind noise through drivers door being to low on hinges, knew when bought it and easily sorted.
What's most practical about your car?
Low running cost, spacious for two people, mpg good, love the full glass roof and you can get a lot of stuff in it if you pack carefully (1 week camping on the Hebrideas, tent, bags, clothes etc all stuffed in!)
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Easy to add aftermarket extras, custom body paint, K&N airfilter, side scoop, DAB and MP3 add ons to radio, tweeters, digitec remapp and more
