Smart Roadster Coupe (2003 - 2007) Brabus 2d Auto Owner Review

I always admired the look of these when I used to drive a fourtwo. I considered one a few years ago but ended up with an mx5. Three years on I tired of that and was looking for a replacement and remembered these. A stunning modified Brabus xclusive in jack black turned up a couple of hundred miles away and I bought it on the spot. I began the journey home with some trepidation but was amazed how capable it was over 200 miles. It's very stable at high speed and gets up to license losing speeds with ease. It feels alive with its characterful engine and a dump valve hissing in the background and using the flappy paddles is a joy. The looks are stunning and it really does turn heads. Mine had a full mercedes history which is important and so far I've had no issues in a 1000 miles or so. Some question the reliability but as long as they are looked after they are capable of big mileages. A rare car that's getting rarer, get a good one and you will smile every time you drive it.
