Subaru Impreza Estate (2000-2005) interior, tech and comfort

Involving to drive, with excellent traction and great grip. Well weighted steering and the boxer engines are very responsive. A very confidence inspiring car to drive, even in the slipperiest of conditions.
Seats are comfortable and supportive but rear legroom is a bit limited with the front seats set well back. The look and feel of the interior plastics is disappointing compared to European manufacturers. Boxer engine note and tyre and wind noise combine to make it fairly noisy too.
