Economy
Value
Depends very much on what you want from this car! Driving - worth it, family run around probably too much, residuals not great.
Costs
Not had to buy parts, servicing is quite expensive, and quite juicy about 29mpg

On the road
Driving
Prefers B roads to town driving. Excellent cornering ability. Steering requires consentration as it can wonder slightly. Brakes are good. Gearbox very precise if a little notchy.
Performance
Faily low power is made up by low weight so good acceleration. Good top end considering it's a 4x4. Indicated top is around 128mph. Oh and that engine, note.

Living with it
Image
Not exactly an aquired taste, but updates have aged its looks somewhat. The looks do however flatter the cars ultimate performance, and are far more unique than most saloons, past or present. a bit posey dare i say.
Comfort
Good driving position. Vision is quite good, although when cornering tight it easy to lose miss-judge due to high front wings. Seats are firm and support well. Rear legroom not great. Dash is well laid out. cabin is quiet appart from tyre roar.
