Economy
Value
Initial car cost is great value for money, you really do get amazing performance for just a shade over 20 K.
Costs
Everything about this car is expensive to replace. Tyres are £130 a pop, brake pads and discs around £100 per wheel. Insurance is Group 19 and you will be lucky to see 20mpg when pushing the beast. The performance however makes it all seem worth paying.

On the road
Driving
Could be so much better through the corners, sometimes feels a bit wobbly. Tonnes of grip and tends to understeer when pushed too hard which is relatively easy to control.
Performance
Truly awesome. Most passengers are truly stunned when they find out how quickly it accelerates. Bit slow in 1st if you don't get the revs up to 3 to 3.5K when launching.

Living with it
Reliability
Coughs a bit on cold mornings and broke down due to flat battery, otherwise no mechanical failures and has always started first time.
Image
Suprisingly not a chick magnet, girls just think it's a big shiny Vectra. Guys who know what it is, love it! It's unfortunate that i'm not gay!
Comfort
Have done some long journeys 300 mile + and have felt comfortable throughout. Behaves like a cruiser in 5th gear and happily glides along the motorway. Top marks for comfort.

Security and Service
Security
Thatcham Cat 1 Alarm and Immobiliser system fitted when purchased. Tracker also installed. Had no problems thus far (touch wood!)
Service
Dealers are expensive for labour rates compared to others but the service is second to none. Absolutely no pressure to buy, the car was purchased under its own merits alone!
