What does this car say about you?
That I am a boy racer (i'm still quite young).
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Family love it, Girlfriend loves it, Friends are jelous, Dont know what the neighbours think.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No - if I was to buy another it would be a newer model. I get the impression that people look at the car and think to themselves; 'its only an 02 reg' and think it didn't cost as much as it did.
What are you likely to buy next?
Mitsubishi Evolution or Newer Impreza.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Fair deal. Paid a bit over the odds to get a car with Full Subaru Service History and blue in colour and low mileage for year.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I have wanted an Impreza for years and have looked at buying them many ties before, just decided to bite the bullet this time and shell out for one.
What was the dealer like?
OK, he had another 2 Imprezas in stock which were slghtly newer (blob eye - 52 reg onwards) for a similar price and would only take a couple £100 off the car cost I paid in cash.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Wasn't what I was expecting but good however. Slight understeer when you push it too hard on bends. Slightly underpowered at low revs. Clutch and gearbox are a bit stiff. Steering has a mind of its own. Very close ratio gearbox, best cruising in 4th gear instead of 5th.
What's it like to park?
OK, visibility can be a bit poor because of the big rear spoiler, but not too bad. I often worry where I park it because of the unwanted attention it attracts sometimes.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Engine management light came on just after I bought it and went off again. It hasn't come back on since though. No faults to report yet.
What's most practical about your car?
4 doors, 4 (well 5 really) seats and a sizeable boot.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
AWD, Turbocharger, Boxer Engine.
