No Euro NCAP crash safety rating, but it gets front and side airbags and the reassurance of big brakes and plenty of grip without electronic traction control. Security seems appropriately effective.
Again, boot space is good for a performance car but there are bigger load luggers about. Rear seats do fold down, but if you really need practicality buy the five-door version.
