Subaru Legacy Saloon (2003 - 2010) 2.0 R 4d (06) Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
If You want a good, reliable and safe car. You plan to tow trailers, go to Scotland in winter or just want a Subaru, but not Impreza then Legacy is one to have. 2.0R is not the best choice as other engines (2.0i, 2.5i and 3.0R) are more reliable. Rear seat doesnt fold, so if You need space then go for estate. And again if You are considering Legacy estate go for Outback- most are better equiped that standard Legacy and You get an advantage of higher suspension
How reliable do you find the car?
Abs sensor at the back went at 44k. Secondary air injection system valves prone to faliure mine died at 32k due to condensation of water in air. Dual mass flywheel died at 45kDoes the car do everything you expected it to do?
Have been going strong for years. Passed MOT every time. Pulled Cayennes and Ranges from mud and snow. Managed 8.6s to 60 timed with gps. Very happyAbout their car
