Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The car is an SUV with permanent all wheel drive, but handles really well as it has a low centre of gravity and doesn't have the height of some. The boxer 16v diesel engine is very willing to rev and takes off like a rocket when you need it. On the downside the 1st gear is a little low geared, which is good for mud plugging or towing, but a little tiring around town. Just get used to changing to 2nd. Motorway driving is very stable, the raised driving height and awd gives you greater confidence in heavy rain, when you hit those big puddles. Obviously too, its better than most vehicles in snow and but I havent tested this to a great extent.
What's it like to park?
Its a really good size and the rear camera is brilliant.
