Subaru XV review (2022)

In their own words

When I bought this car I couldn't find a Premium version so bought the SE version instead.
Firstly Subaru insist on fitting Bridgestone Dueler tyres at the factory which I hate -had them on Lexus previously and think they don't feel very secure on wet roads. Within days of purchase I fited Michelin Crossclimate tyres - the car feel so secure and comfortable on them and they are ideal for the ocassional offroad excursion.
Well the tyres have lost 2mm of tread in 26,000 miles and the car is going to be traded in this week - for a 2022 xv eboxer premium! In the three years of ownership it has suffered only £3000 in depreciation. If you want a comfortable car that is practical and reliable, and is a little bit different then this is the car for you
