What does this car say about you?

What dose a car say about me i dont know its a sleeper car people wont look twice at it no one wants to nick it so its not high on a thifes hit list it sits there out of the way dose ever thing you want it to do and people think there RUBBISH let me tell you try one then buy one and you will be righting the same words as me trust me the alto is a super basic reliable car.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They dont say any thing as you see there like lemings they buy like every one else FORD FIESTA VAUXHALL CORSA VAUXHALL ASTRA FORD FOCAS do i have to go on the simple thing is THERE SCARED TO DEATH TO TRY ANY THING FRESH OR DIFFERENT unlike me i love TO BE DIFFERENT it dont shout FLASH or SPORTY and thats why i love it IT DONT NEED TO BE £££ EXPENSIVE £££ TO BE FUN AND BOY THIS ALTO IS FUN FOR NO MONEY.

Would you buy this car again and why?

YES I WOULD WHY BECAUSE FOR £5999.00 ON THE ROAD YOU CAN RUN IT TO DEATH cheap to service good on fuel why pay up to £10,000 for a ford or vauxhall same size car cheap well built little car for no money but dont tell every one as they will sell out a good thing needs to be kept a secret SHuuuuuusshh!!!!suzuki altos are brilliant :).

SUZUKI ALTO OR VW -UP SMART 4-2 DIESEL OR A POLO BLUE MOTION OR I MAY LOOK FOR A AUDI A2 OLD TYPE 1.4 DIESEL.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes got car private and paid half what they were going for in dealerships and some second hand magazines and car lots so yes bargain for £500.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

To use for my 2 sons to learn to drive in.

What's it like to drive?

It is a smiler you can feel comfident you can take this car from one end of the country to the other and not worrie about it it is the most reliable car ive ever had and if you service it regular AT HOME YOU DONT NEED A DEALER FOR THIS we have done 40,000 miles trouble free in the ALTO it had 50,000 miles dead on the clock when wwe got it and added 40,000 more all ive done is change the oil every year cleaned and gaped the plugs and thats it apart from EGR VALVE WAS playing up making engine run rough and SHOWING ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT ON so i whipped it off cleaned it with BRAKE CLEANER and she was fine that it in 40.000 miles never changed distributor cap or rotor arm there still going from new.

What's it like to park?

Easy good mirrors plenty of glass if you hit any thing then you cant drive simple !!!!!

Have you had any problems with the car?

No nothing just usual tyres and 1 exhaust system i welded it up as it was only a few pin holes so just needed minor attention but car & exhaust was 9 years old when i got it but not the CAT that was ok all original still in place not bad from factory and still on car now 2013 -12 years old.

What's most practical about your car?

It has full tail gate and 50/50 split seats rear so can carry more then you would think i have had compressors and a tyre machine and wheel balancer in rear of car ok not your normal shopping list but did it ok and with ease.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

There is none this is a basic car and it has all you need good accurate fuel and temp gauges and a radio so you dont have sill gizmos telling you its SNOWING or ITS SERVICE TIME simple dash with easy to read dials and every thing works a treat simples ohh & electric windows so is half modern.
