-
Economy
Value
hard to find a good used example. Stick to official owners club - SCORE.
Costs
Cheap to service - £30 at Suzuki. Parts are reasonable, but some take ages to ship from Japan.
-
On the road
Driving
Sharp handling, responsive steering, powerful rear wheel drive.
Performance
Excellent 650cc turbo charged twin cam engine - 0-60 is 7.2 seconds.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Excellent. Be gentle with that little engine - service every 3 months or 3000 miles to get the best from that turbo.
Image
No other sports car to date offers such a varied convertible optional. T-Bar, Targa, Fully... Roof fits into boot. FANTASTIC!
Comfort
Opt for PVC interior (UK cars) Not a wide car, but loads of leg room. I'm 6'3 and manage to fit.
-
Security and Service
Security
Immobiliser and Alarm fitted by Suzuki as optional extras when new. Is a hard top convertible, so safer than most.
Service
The car is 10 years old now, with few 'new' Suzuki mechanics knowing a great deal about under the bonnet.

Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
Small 650cc. Powerful to accelerate - NOT for boy racing.
