Suzuki Celerio (2015 - 2019) 1.0 SZ4 5d Auto Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
I bought this car for the ability to drive as an auto but be able to manually shift should you so desire. The AGS (Auto Gear Shift) is amazing to use and totally smooth, just remember to lift off the throttle slightly when you want to change up just as you would with a manual gear shift. The build quality and specification in SZ4 trim is first class. The room in the cabin is amazing for such a small vehicle. I am 6 ft and can sit behind with absolute ease, no knees bent contortion as in some sometimes much larger vehicles The luggage area is supposed to be the biggest in its class and is a surprisingly useful shape. I must admit to being somewhat suspicious regarding the claimed economy figures but can honestly state that I am getting 61+mpg average, this after consecutive brim to brim calculations. The fuel computer actually displayed 63.8, I would suggest that these are amazing real-world figures for a small petrol automatic. The 3 cylinder engine is quiet and smooth, it cruises at 70 mph at around 3000 rpm, again impressive for a sub 1 litre unit. To conclude I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a small hatchback and please do not be put off by some testers describing it as "best suited" as a city car. I regularly travel from Cornwall to London, it handles extremely well and feels much quicker than the quoted performance figures suggest.
