In their own words
My wife needed to replace her 11 year old Aygo automatic. We looked at the new Agyo, the Picanto & i10. Then we tried the Celerio SZ4 AGS. Wow! We found it spacious, quiet, easy to drive and practical. We bought one pre-registered with 42 miles on the clock for £7,499 (vs list of £9,799). We even got £1,000 p/x for the Aygo! After driving it for 5 months the car has been a revelation, particularly it's fuel economy which has averaged 70 mpg over 4,000 miles. In comparison, my manual Picanto managed a measley 56 mpg and my daughter's new i10 auto does a pathetic 38 mpg. We've also had five adults in the car. It's a squash but you can do it! I liked the Celerio so much I got my daughter-in-law one (65 plate SZ4 manual, 3,000 miles, £5,850, private buy) and I've bought myself one (16 plate, SZ4 AGS, 1,200 miles, £6,995 with £4,000 p/x for my 63 plate Picanto). I like these cars so much because of their honest simplicity, practicality, low running costs, 'green-ness' and their spectacularly low nearly new prices. Even their quirky looks and slightly bonkers name grows on you after a while!!
