Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£1,300
When did you buy the car?
September 2011
Did you get a good deal and why?
£1300 was a good price for the Suzuki Ignis: coming with some Service History, lots of Road Tax, full M.O.T., & reasonably low mileage.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Seeking a car that was reliable, reasonably priced, being sold by a reputable dealer, & having some Service History. Thankfully, this Suzuki Ignis matched expectations.
What was the dealer like?
The Independent dealership- run by a husband & wife- was genuinely welcoming, efficient, & the couple listened well (as indicated by the appropriateness of their answers to our questions).

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Ride is mainly comfortable, except being bone-shaking over speed humps & potholes (& we do go slowly over them/try to avoid them--- & this is with the suspension being in good condition). Starts reliably daily.
What's it like to park?
Easy.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The Engine Management light illuminates when a less expensive, Universal Lambda Sensor is fitted- whereas it does not illuminate when a more pricey Suzuki Lambda Sensor is fitted: skewed to sell more Suzuki parts.
What's most practical about your car?
The fact that it reliably starts well daily.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
None.
