I bought the car from a salvage yard for £330. It failed m.o.t on emmisions and a ball joint. I put a bottle of cataclean in and fixed the balljoint and stripped engine and cleaned it then passed no advisory's for the last 3 years. Now as 160k miles engine still sweet. Only ever stopped when it overheated once needing a new thermostat £4.50. What annoys about is the plastic covers in the boot for the struts keep coming off. Sound system quite good nice little bass to it. People at work call it mr tank cus its chunky looks and bombproof engine. Its great on motorway aswell. Im getting 200 miles for a little over £20 and power wise i dont left behing but its bullet train. Still my mate focus focis 1.6 cant keep up with me.
