Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£5,600
When did you buy the car?
March 2014
Did you get a good deal and why?
I did not get a good offer for my old car, so i decided to sell it on ebay. I went away to think about the car and then rang them up and offered £500 less, but they agreed to give me £400, which i was happy with. Also they serviced it and gave it an mot also gave me 3 months free breakdown cover.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I bought this diesel car, rather than the petrol version, due to being a driving instructor, diesels are less likely to stall and manouvers are kept slow by only using the clutch and no gas.
What was the dealer like?
They had 2 of the same car, one was petrol and the other was diesel, he let me try both as i could not decide which one i would like, he did not make me feel like i was a nuisance and i did not feel under pressure to buy.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It is easy to steer, the gears go in easy, has plenty of power when overtaking.
What's it like to park?
All my learners find it easy to do a parallel park in. My previous car was a Renault modus, which had a great view out of the back window, but this is not as good.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No
What's most practical about your car?
The aux. is in a good position, just in front of the gear stick, and does not interfere with anything when in use.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
I like the recessed square section which has a lift up lid in the middle of the dash, it's great for putting the sat nav in and the lid shields it from the sun.
