Summary
What does this car say about you?
I think this car says that I am interested in motoring for as little money as possible which is fine as I don't concern myself with what other people think of my cars.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They have no opinion.
Would you buy this car again and why?
If I was in the same situation as I was when I purchased my current one maybe although ideally I prefer to have something with better build & material quality with better sound proofing qualities.
What are you likely to buy next?
Some kind of Volkswagen diesel.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It is very easy to drive; the steering is light as is the clutch. Once up to speed the car lets in quite a lot of road noise and I find the bucket seats uncomfortable after about 75 miles. There is also quite a lot of wind noise from the tops of the windows which is caused by a piece of trim in the top corner that locates the window breaking so there isn't a perfect seal (no water ingress occurs however). It's not a sports car, the body does roll in high speed corners but thanks to it's low weight the car grips quite well on quality tyres.
What's it like to park?
It is very easy to park; the steering is light and the mirrors are perfectly sized. I would have to take a point away for the large bucket seats that some examples have as they make rearward visibility from inside the car awkward.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
I have had to replace the exhaust and one wheel bearing, the clutch release bearing is a bit noisy but I have been told that it's nothing to worry about at the moment.
What's most practical about your car?
The most practical thing about the car is how cheap it is to run and the reliability.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
My favourite gadget, option or accessory would be the roof spoiler; it's daft and totally unnecessary but it does do a great deal to distinguish the car from lower specified models.
