Suzuki Swift Hatchback (2017 - 2023) SZ5 1.0 Boosterjet auto 5d Owner Review

In their own words
Pros; I have the pearl red it's lovely. The automatic head lights switch automatically from main beam to full beam when you have them switched to auto and push the stick forward. Cruise control is easy to set and if you get too close to the car in front it will automatically slow you down, if you brake you have to reset it but if you accelerate it will go back down to the speed it was set at. The gear changes are seamless unless you go up a steep hill then you can feel the change down. Love the way the back door handles are camouflaged in the window pillars, so much so that i didn't realise there were back doors until the sales person told me! The boot is bigger than last years model. Free dual brake fitted by stoneacre as i am a driving instructor. Great turning circle. Cup holders on each door and one in the middle of the front seats, also 2 beneath the dash. The reversing camera is very useful on lessons. Love the feature that enables you to listen to your text messages if your phone is connected to the car via bluetooth and to talk hands free while driving also all contacts can be stored in the cars memory. The car will let you know if the tyre pressure goes down too as it did when i got a nail in my tyre, but unfortunately it did so on a driving test and the test had to be abandon, so it was a blessing and a curse all at the same time. Cons; As a driving instructor i would have liked there not to be a manual mode as the pupils keep selecting that instead of the auto mode. I would have liked automatic wipers, but hey ho they probably won't get a car with them anyway so its a good thing for them. There are 4 window open buttons, however there is no difference in the texture for the drivers window and as they now have to open their window and close it on test, it would have helped to distinguish which is the drivers window button, however i have got around this by sticking on a flat back seed pearl to avoid the need for them to look away from the road. Has that annoying feature were the indicators do 3 winks in the opposite direction if you wack the stick too hard when cancelling the signal, very useful if you know how to use them, but very annoying if you don't!! I have named my car Hyacinth Bucket from the sit com keeping up appearances, as it has a sensor which goes off if there is a pedestrian on the path!!! which is a loud beeping sound and a picture of a car with an explosion coming out of it on the dash, also it does the same if you approach the car in front too fast.
