Suzuki Swift Sport (2012 - 2016) 1.6 Sport (Nav) 3d Owner Review

In their own words
Perky performance and nice, flexible engine. Nice, spacious interior with comfortable seats. Nice 6 speed gearbox but engine torque means you don't need all of them all of the time.Enjoyable to drive. Smallish boot but oodles of room with the back seat flat. Unfortunately there is no split rear seat option. Easy to get in and out of the front seats but rear seats are a struggle in this 3 door version (but I almost never have a passenger in the rear seats). Good indtrumentation but I dislike the way it tells me what gear it thinks I should be in - After 57 years of driving I think I know which gear I want!). The Mechanism for sliding the front seat forward for rear passenger access is awkward in use. It is reliable and durable and the dealer support is excellent. Quite cheap to run.I would have liked more positive detents in the door openings so they would not swing wide open so easily. Suspension is rather firm around town where our local roads have too many ruts and pot holes but on the open road it feels tight and positive and is a good long distance cruiser. My previous car was a Maserati but I don't miss it much as the Suzuli does everything I need using half the fuel.
