Suzuki Swift Sport (2012 - 2016) 1.6 Sport (Nav) 5d Owner Review

I had a 205 Gti in the 90’s and this car is the closest modern equivalent in terms of driver feel and engagement. Throw it at any corner and it will go round on rails! Anyone who tells you its ‘underpowered’ or a ‘warm hatch’ have never driven one. It’s perfectly balanced and powered to the cars light weight. Add to this Suzuki’s bomb proof reliability it’s a perfect buy. It’s our 2nd car, one for fun but also used as a daily driver for my wife’s work which it also does comfortably and sedately. It’s fully loaded with 17 inch alloys, sat nav, infotaintainment system, bluetooth, cruise control, elec mirrors, auto lights etc etc. The only downside is fuel consumption. No where near the 44mpg stated, even when driven like a nun. But once you’ve got one...you really wont care!
