Suzuki SX4 Hatchback (2006 - 2014) 1.6 X-EC 5d Owner Review

Cant fault our SX4, very nippy, pleased with the MPG , travelling down to Austria on several occasions, we were averaging 50 mpg. No problems what so ever during the last 8 years .Reading some negative reviews, makes me wonder if we are even reviewing the same model. Never had to top up the oil,and i wouldn't even consider trading it in for a a new vehicle, as it serves all our requirements, the rear luggage area is sufficient for our needs. The later addition of the more powerful 1.6 petrol engine really packs a punch, and following a long delay on route to Austria, on the german autobahn,to make up the time lost, we were in in places averaging 90 mph, and despite other reviews ,i found roadholding is more than adequate. Changed all tyres at 18000 miles, never experienced any tracking problems. We opted for the Ex-ec model,with several extras as standard, including manual and auto air-conditioning, again this worked faultlessly in temp of 30+c in the Austrian alps
