What does this car say about you?

The cool guy with some money. but these car are cheap on the market at the minute but look very expensive. so much so the wife didnt want to drive it.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They loved it and thought it was expensive looking and a cool car to have.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would but with the vvtli engine so it wouldnt self destruct after 100k mile. i miss the looks i got. also owning a sexy car to go with my own good looks lol.

Something japanese.

Did you get a good deal and why?

No i didnt the car had dodgy paint which was revealed after i washed the car. paint drips dried but only seen in the sun and crazing on drivers door. no wonder they never washed her!!!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Member of celica club and owned a older celica.

What was the dealer like?

He was happy because we bought 2 cars from him on the same day.

What's it like to drive?

It was very nice to drive. the gearbox takes some getting used to though and remembering it has a 6th gear. reverse is very close to 1st gear but luckily has a reverse beep once engaged.

What's it like to park?

I thought it was very good as i passed my test in it.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing was wrong it but it was a time bomb waiting to go off. between 1999-2002 the engine had a oil control problem but only after 100k miles. after this its engine rebuild time. toyota is aware of the problem but by this time the warranty has passed.

What's most practical about your car?

The boot space was massive and cabin space was reasonable.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Digital fuel display, sunglasses holder on dash. very comfy seats.
