Toyota Celica Hatchback Carlos Sainz 4WD 3d (1992/K) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Excellent value for a rally bred car.
Costs
Munches on tyres and guzzles fuel if you've a heavy foot. If something does go wrong, its expensive.
-
On the road
Driving
Smooth and quiet. Gearbox changes can be a bit harsh.
Performance
Blinding for the age, but you have to watch out for newer models. Traction is amazing.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Excellent Toyota
Image
Very eye catching. Bonnet vents give it an impressive image but I'm not so sure about the front ""bubble"" wheel arches.
Comfort
Long journeys are a breeze, as long as you're in the front. Back passengers will be lucky to travel more than 20 miles without suffering spinal damage.

Security and Service
Security
I got a CAT1 fitted within a week of buying it. Staying with stock security is a very bad idea.
Service
Good customer service but they don't really know the Carlos Sainz. They will fob the cost of learning onto you.
