What does this car say about you?
I have never heard it utter a word, so it is either very shy or it can't speak. I suspect the latter.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
My family know I love old cars and tolerate me for it and I couldn't give a damn what anybody else thinks.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I would have another any day, but I would struggle to find another like it, as most will be in scrap yards by now.
What are you likely to buy next?
Who knows, something interesting.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Most people wouldn't look at it as it was 18 years old, but a 1 owner car with just 13k miles AND a brand new full exhaust for peanuts, I should say I got a good deal.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
In a whim basically, I saw it tucked away in the corner of the garage, 1 owner from new, 18 years old and only 13k miles and although grubby looking, I bought it and after valeting it was totally as new.
What was the dealer like?
Glad to get rid of it, I think it had been sitting in the garage for a while. If he had bothered to clean it up as I did, I think it would have been snapped up for double the money.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very quiet and smooth, but an auto with a 1.3 enging is never going to win any races from the lights. The gearbox is a traditional 3 speed torque converter type rather than a CVT which is a bonus in my opinion, as the CVT auto's seem to be dogged with problems.
What's it like to park?
Like any other 3 door small car with power sterring, easy.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing whatsoever, although old, it is a Toyota, so the reliability is pretty much bomb-proof.
What's most practical about your car?
Its an auto with power steering, so point and go driving is good.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Not many 'toys' in this car, but the power steering is very good.
