What does this car say about you?

Don't buy cars for any other reason than efficiency but if you push me.....a boring old **** but reliable.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Never heard anyone say a bad word as yet.

Would you buy this car again and why?

If it were possible, I most certainly would for all the reason given in previous questions.

What are you likely to buy next?

Very probably a Toyota Auris or Yaris.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I thought it was a good deal at the time and was happy with it.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Previously drove two Honda Civic coupes but when the dealer wrongly accused me of damaging a courtesy car, they did apologise later, I took Honda were off my list. After that experience I gave Toyota a chance and fortunately they came up trumps. Never regretted owning my Corolla, I still have it after nine and half years....longest time I have ever owned a car in 46 years of driving. Just thinking of changing it while the car still has some value left in it but as my wife says "why" and that's a good question really. Get sick and tired of hearing the motoring press continually telling us how boring and bland Toyota's are.

What was the dealer like?

Reasonably efficient but tight, wouldn't give me any mats for the car. First thing I did before I drove the car away was to go to the Parts Dept., of the dealer and buy some!

What's it like to drive?

Very easy to drive and in my opinion has an excellent and responsive 1.4 engine. The car is great around town ans is just as much at ease on the motorway.

What's it like to park?

Very easy due to all round excellent visibility.

Have you had any problems with the car?

In July this year (2015) had to have a new motor fitted for the washer bottle. Apart from windscreen wipers that is the only problem I have had in nine years plus.

What's most practical about your car?

Everything, size, engine, comfort and quality, I cannot fault it and built in the UK too, 20 miles from where I live. Recently had seven new doors fitted at home and took the old ones we replaced to the local tip in one journey, not bad I reckon.

Don't have one.
