Toyota Corolla Verso (2004 - 2009) 2.0 D-4D T3 5d Owner Review

My T3 Verso 2.0 is very high mileage but is still 100% reliable and practical. No rust high spec with leather steering, climatic air conditioning and cruse control. What it lacks in refinement from the fairly hard seats and vibration from the d-4d engine is made up for by good road holding, fuel consumption and specification. The 2.0 L engine is under powered, its a heaver and larger vehicle than it looks being 7 seats and quite long and high, the 2.2 is probably the better choice for enthusiastic motoring. The large turning circle is the only thing that I dont like, its caught me out a number of times on sharp bends and when manoeuvring. The MPV looks of these cars is subjectively ugly, such that they are often cheaply purchased compared to other vehicles in the Toyota range with the same engines, brakes and equipment. I would buy one again, a newer version as mine is now almost worn out but keeps going and has that old sipper comfortable feel.
