Toyota Corolla Verso (2004 - 2009) 2.2 D-4D T Spirit 5d Owner Review

Got a good deal from a main dealer with this one, they just had it part exchanged & we agreed a price. Three days later I collected it & drove for the first time. That was nearly 9 years ago. I still have the car, it is very reliable, it is a Toyota afterall. I have a full service history it has had very minor issues, a recall on an airbag sensor and the battery fading twice when just out of warranty each time. I have it serviced when the MoT is due and have even got an average of 86 mpg on one occasion when we drove across Europe. It has been with us to north, south, east and west of France, northern Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Romania & Hungary. We have had it filled with 7 people and 5 up with bikes on the roof and on the back on the tow bar. It is large enough for a week away for two with bikes, swimming, walking and diving gear inside the car. We have driven through snow, ice heavy rain and blazing sun. It is surprisingly quick for a car classed as an mpv with great handling and a very good level of equipment including some optional extras. We have built-in twin DVD screens with playstation adaptability, front & rear parking assist cameras, full sat nav & cd radio ice. It has 9 airbag, window deflectors and a tow bar. A wonderful car and we will sadly miss it when we change it as it has been a part of or family.
