Economy
Value
I think you get a lot of car for your money, especially if you're just looking for something to have a lot of fun in.
Costs
Main dealers are expensive and so are parts. I'm about to replace an oil LEVEL sensor and the part is £160 alone. Find a specialist for the odd occasion when they do go wrong.

On the road
Driving
This car handles brilliantly in dry weather. Goes round corners like its on rails. Beware of the rear wheel drive in the wet though.
Performance
For the engine, 2.0 injection, absolutely brilliant. Quick off the mark with a high top end. Very Impressed with performance.

Living with it
Reliability
Clutch and sensor are the only things gone wrong in 3 years. Very reliable car.
Image
Mines 10 years old, completely standard and still turns heads in the streets.
Comfort
Fantastic driving position. Very comfortable car. Drivers seat adjusts every way you can think of to ensure a snug fit.

Security and Service
Security
Good standard alarm but fit a Cat 2 immobiliser at least.
Service
Toyota's Service isn't that great. I'd say find a small Toyota specialist that you can trust and go there.
