What does this car say about you?

That I don't like passengers and i do like a car to feel special when I drive it.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They always thought it was a hairdressers car until they borrowed it and nearly killed themselves in the wet. got to watch that power with rear wheel drive mid engined cars no hairdresser allowed.

Would you buy this car again and why?

If I could buy it again I would in a heart beat. but I'm 11 years older than when I bought it and its sits very low making getting in and out with my old back increasingly hard but still I cant let it go its been an excellent servant.

What are you likely to buy next?

I'm stuck because I love the drive of my MR2 and the Toyota reliability but nothing they make these days has the my attention so possibly an Audi A1 S line.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes the previous owner spent £2500 on a new clutch cam belt pads disc front and back and serviced it two weeks before I bought it.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

When one passed me It always caught my eye.

What was the dealer like?

What's it like to drive?

Its very nimble and responsive due to the excellent engine revs al the way from low to mid revs and idf you need instant power drop a gear and floor it takes off and I've embarrassed many hot hatches in my time.

What's it like to park?

Very easy short body and excellent power steering makes parking it really easy, excellent alround vision easy clutch action.

Have you had any problems with the car?

In more than ten years I replaced a radiator after a car in front threw up a stone and punctured it apart from pads and tires and a servicing nothing. the most reliable car I have ever owned so sad I'm too old for it now and it has to go.

What's most practical about your car?

I dont have kids so its always been capable of getting the weekly shopping in the larger than you think boot. Its also very good on petrol for a car of its age 30 -35 miles a gallon easy day to day running.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

I love the way it drives power and so stable around the bends. i have drove a lot of high powered cars as a car valeter but nothing makes me smile as much as this. I bought it thinking i would have it for a couple of years I've now had it going on 11 years.
