No - the supposedly excellent Toyota reputation for customer service is not so excellent after all.

No. As usual with dealers they were not prepared to back down on price or the part-exchange.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Good reputation, space and economy.
What was the dealer like?
Good at the time of sale, pretty poor afterwards.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very smooth.
What's it like to park?
Easy reversing, not so easy going forwards because it is difficult to see your exact position to each side of the vehicle.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Yes, it had a fault with the battery which caused major problems and now I have discovered this fault was also reported by the previous owner.
What's most practical about your car?
Good space inside the cabin.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Reversing camera.
