I had Cruise control fitted to make long runs effortless. The HUD is worth it and to get the best mpg use eco and cruise. Most runs up the A1 on a Friday sees 66/67mpg. Running local country roads 70-72 is easy. The only minor down is the way the heater works on cold days, with eco selected it's not very efficient. Hybrid Battery life no problem after 13yrs. (Same for my wife's gen 2). Top. For the little 12v on the right of the boot; fit "tails" to make trickle charge easy. (insulate to keep the apart should be obvious)
