What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Car size is deceptive until you sit inside. Loves the reversing camera and hybrid technology.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No, never after all the problem with the car. Also it's too expensive and other manufacturers offer better option and feature. Also hydrid tech gives you same or worst mpg then diesel. Car feels light, cheap plasticy interior and single knock could damage body.

What are you likely to buy next?

BMW 2 series gran tourer or VW sharan/touran. Followed by possible X5.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes, very good as I've bought Toyota from them previously.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Previously owned Prius but now needed 7 seater.

What was the dealer like?

When I bought the car the salesman was very good. However after the delivery of the car it all went downhill.

What's it like to drive?

Driving was very nice initial month however being tech freak I started seeing certain features not working or available on UK models ie heads up display with sat nav information only available in Europe. (Is UK not part of Europe) Initialy in town good and was ver comfortable. The car felt heavy, no outside noise and was loving the ride. Then started hearing heavy revving, it was worst on motorway. It seemed the car was very noisy with engine struggling to meet the required speed. The ride got harder and more unbearable.

What's it like to park?

Parking is the only plus thing on this car. Very easy with use of reversing camera. Avoid getting the Toyota parking sensors. If you want this then only get the front sensors. Reversing noise is bit irritating however you get use to it.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Initally on date of delivery Upgraded Satnav was not fitted. After couple months there was odd noise coming from front driver side. Took it back several times but aftersales could not identify. After 7 months with 3800 miles on the clock the shocks were replaced..... Yes, you read right! Shocks!!!!!

What's most practical about your car?

The inside is very spacious and very practical. Lots of roof and leg space. Third row is more comfortable the other manufacturers.

Multi functional computer display, Reversing camera, connecting to hotspot wifi.
