What does this car say about you?

It's rose quartz, so looks like a lady's car. Because it's lively, I hope it shows other motorists that I am a smart driver who doesn't dawdle and is alert. I bought a personal plate as I felt I wanted to make the car even more personal to me.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They like it, they think it has personality and suits me. My sons like it but never ask to borrow it from me because they don't want to be seen driving a pink car. I don't mind this at all.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes. It has been totally reliable and is still comfortable and fun to drive despite its age.

What are you likely to buy next?

I really don't know as the starlet will be a hard act to follow.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I think I had a good deal as the car was as good as new, but had been 'run in'.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I loved the look of it, it had power steering, and was economical.

What was the dealer like?

Helpful. He got the car from another branch when I described what I wanted.

What's it like to drive?

Very nippy, gets round town brilliantly. Also very good on long trips and performs well on the motorway. can cruise at 70mph comfortably.

What's it like to park?

Wonderful. Parks and turns in very small spaces.

Have you had any problems with the car?

No, apart from one or two parts that have worn out as it is now 16 years old. It still has the original exhaust.

What's most practical about your car?

The ability to fold down the back seats and get practically anything through the hatchback. an immensely versatile car.
