Economy
Value
I felt the car was very good value for what it offered compared to other makes. I loved the styling, and the car feels so spacious compared to other superminis
Costs
I haven't had to replace/repair much other than basic servicing requirements.

On the road
Driving
A pleasant drive, although the handling isn't all that tight on corners. I find the visibility affected quite a bit by driver's door/windscreen bar.
Performance
1 litre engine means that acceleration isn't great, and it's rather noisy at high speeds. The 1ltr engine was the only model available at the time of purchase - if the engine had been bigger I wouldn't be changing up now, due to increased mileage.

Living with it
Reliability
Never been off the road except for servicing. Never any problems in starting etc.
Image
Love the way it looks, especially the instruments panel. Lovely and spacious inside and being able to increase the boot space is a real advantage. Like the fact that it is a little higher off the road than most cars - much better visibility.
Comfort
Very comfortable, although aches develop on journeys of 4hrs+. Adjustability of front seats and steering column etc. make for ideal position. Back seat v good, even for 3 rear passengers, and leg room still OK when seat moved for extra boot space

Security and Service
Security
Never had any problems, nor any attempted break-ins
Service
I had ordered an extra protection pack. Parts of which weren't available when I picked up the car. I had moved 150 miles between ordering and collection, and Toyota never supplied it. By the time I chased it up, dealership had gone! Servicing expensive
