Toyota Yaris (1999 - 2005) 1.3 VVT-i T3 3d Owner Review

If you want a car that will get up and go for cheap, this is one for you. Just bought mine recently as my first car and I'm happy with it. Issues: Bad wiring meant stereo didnt work with lights on & same issue meant battery drained if any thing was in the 12v socket.

Pros: £1250, cheap insurance, faster than you expect (1.3), tiny turning circle, easy to park, reasonable gearbox, runs smoothly & can drive in London/ Edinburgh/ Any CAZ or ULEZ, suprisingly roomy up front, comfortable seats & decent boot space.

Cons: Learnt in a diesel so not used to torque difference but that's more on me, obviously missing certain creature comforts of a more modern car

Get a T3 or better as the T2 is very basic
