Like about owning & driving the car: 1. Super reliable. Has never broken down or given any trouble 2. Hybrid means low impact on environment especially when in town and high fuel efficiency 3. Spacious for both front and rear passengers 4. Toyota dealer at Jemca Croydon where I service the car is very good. Areas of improvement: 1. Engine and road noise level. Especially when you try to accelerate, the engine noise can be drowning. Road noise containment is also not very poor 2. Poor infotainment system. The screen is clunky and the system is very slow 3. The steering is very numb, does not inspire any confidence at all.
How reliable do you find the car?
There has been a Airbag recall. Toyota sent us a letter and we booked a service. But the dealer cancelled the day before saying Toyota has not provided the parts. It has been 4 months after the cancellation, no contact yet.About their car
