Value
Good value offering given Toyota's legendary build quality and considering the car's capabilities Vs purchase price/insurance cost. Standard equipment list is what you'd expect.
Costs
Low insurance costs for a car with hot hatch pretensions. Returns reasonably good fuel economy when the right foot is spared.

Driving
Driving off does provide an instant feeling of eagerness and taut handling compared with other Yaris models. Can be a bit harsh over the bumps, however overall is a good balance of around town manners and sporting prowess.
Performance
Keep the revs up and you have the acceleration to shock/embarrass those who thought you were driving an ordinary small hatch. In gear acceleration is also impressive.

Living with it
Reliability
Having owned several Japanese cars I can say that Toyota is second to none in terms of reliability and the Yaris is no exception. Bulletproof !
Image
Never going to be a real headturner as most people just see a small hatch, however T Sport's body styling makes for clean pleasing lines. Can leave a lasting image of surprise with some though as they watch it leave them in its wake :-)
Comfort
Good seating position and leg room in both front and rear. 3 door model seat sliding mechanism is annoying however as it never returns to the original position first time.

Security and Service
Security
Alarm, immobiliser, deadlocks and locking wheel nuts as standard. Hard to fault.
Service
Fast, efficient, friendly.
