Toyota Yaris T Sport (2001-2005) boot space, practicality and safety

(change model)
Immobiliser and deadlocks are standard. Driver, passenger and side airbags fitted to all but the most basic models which make do with driver only. Traction control is not fitted and whilst it doesn’t need in normal driving conditions, it’s always welcome when the going gets slippery.
Impressive interior space when launched but the competition has caught up and overtaken now. A sliding rear seat means the small boot space can be increased if your passengers are small. For serious load-lugging, the rear seats fold totally flat. There is an absolute abundance of storage areas in the dash.
