Following Citroen’s recently discounted servicing and contract hire agreements; Volkswagen has announced it is to offer zero percent finance and free servicing on used vans. The 10-day Das WeltAuto event will run across all 70 Volkswagen Van Centres from Friday 24 October to Sunday 2 November.
The Das WeltAuto programme applies to any commercial vehicle, up to 100,000 miles or six years old, in VW’s commercial vehicle network, regardless of marque. The zero percent finance relates to 12-month financing, with all others benefitting from similar low rates.
Buyers will also receive a full history check, comprehensive Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle warranty and roadside assistance, vehicle data and mileage checks, plus an exchange or return policy on their vehicles.
Where necessary, Volkswagen will suggest a number of accessories to enhance and personalise the vehicle, such as alloy wheel upgrades, parking sensors, cruise control, satellite navigation or Bluetooth/iPod connectivity.
All vehicles up to three years old receive a 12-month warranty and breakdown assist, while vehicles between three and six years old receiving a 6-month warranty and breakdown assist. All new buyers receive complimentary drive-away insurance.
The programme caters for all of Volkswagen’s commercial vehicles; the Volkswagen Caddy, Volkswagen Transporter, Volkwagen Crafter and Volkswagen Amarok.
