First public appearance for 2015 Mitsubishi L200

The Mitsubishi L200 Series 5 is set to make its UK debut at Gloucestershire’s Moreton in the Marsh Show on September 5. Firs Garage has been participating in the popular show for 40 years, and will offer visitors a first look at the all-new vehicle which we tested in July.

All-new Mitsubishi L200

The L200 Series 5 is an entirely new vehicle from the ground up, with significant improvements in 330 areas. The result is a brilliant vehicle for commercial duty, combined with SUV-like refinement and dynamic performance; although the loading attributes still fall short of the competitors.

In most key areas the new L200 Series 5 is best-in-class, including fuel efficiency, performance, emissions and manoeuvrability plus combined carrying and towing. It is also the only pick-up that can be driven permanently in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive on tarmac and off road.

Moreton Show

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, Mitsubishi are hoping to appeal to the large presence of agricultural delegates at the show, which is one of the largest one-day agricultural shows in the country.

“We have a long history with the Moreton Show and we’re looking forward to this year’s event”, explains Dean Wood, Dealer Principal at the family-run dealership in Hook Norton. “The show is a celebration of everything that’s great about the British countryside so it’s the ideal place for us to launch the new L200 Series 5, which I’m sure will prove very popular”.
