The Isuzu D-Max V-Cross Steel Edition is the latest version to join the pickup truck’s range, and it has been revealed at the 2024 CV Show.
Isuzu has confirmed that the limited-run version of the D-Max will go on sale shortly afterwards, on 6 May 2024, with only a few coming to the UK.
It will be available in a steel grey colour and will feature what is described as a ‘suite of bespoke accessories.’ Given that it is building on the already range-topping V-Cross trim, it comes with a generous specification list. The UK is only getting a limited run of 300 vehicles.

The Isuzu D-Max Steel shared the CV Show stand with the V-Cross Expedition Edition, which was created in 2023 to showcase the brand’s camping accessories, and the latest standard D-Max V-Cross.
Isuzu also held back its latest new collaboration with Arctic Trucks until the day of the show. The Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT37 is a one-off, so you won’t be able to buy it as it, but it lays claim to being the biggest vehicle the brand has ever made.

The ’37’ part of the name comes from the massive 37-inch tyres, while it also gets a host of other adaptations. This includes a Bilstein suspension system that can be adjusted to 10 different positions, higher ride heights front and rear, upgraded differentials on both axles and a reinforced frame. Visual upgrades include flared arches, extended side steps, a light bar and sturdy front bars.
How much does the V-Cross Steel Edition cost?
Pricing for the V-Cross Steel Edition starts at £38,495 (before VAT) for the manual model, while the auto starts at £39,995.
