Renault has revamped the Kangoo van for the 2024 model year, adding a host of new standard features and safety enhancements.
The Renault Kangoo range now starts at £20,250 (not including VAT), while the fully-electric Kangoo E-Tech has seen a price reduction of up to £2,500, bringing its starting price to just £27,350 after the Plug-in Van Grant (PiVG).
Some of the more notable updates to the compact van include a new front end design. It now features a distinctive bold grille with Renault’s updated visual identity displayed on the centre.
What standard kit has been added?
There have been some additions across the standard equipment offering too. The entire Kangoo range now includes a 4.2-inch colour driver infotainment display, electric parking brake, and passenger sun visor with mirror. And Renault doesn’t stop there, you can also get automatic high beam assist and a rear parking camera.
Safety
On the reactive safety side of things, the new 2024 model year Kangoo now benefits from both driver and passenger airbags plus front lateral and curtain airbags with deactivation as standard.
Additionally, all versions feature driver attention and drowsiness warnings, tyre pressure monitoring, and speed assist with overspeed prevention and traffic sign prevention. Its also worth noting that extra models come with 360 degree parking sensors and blind spot intervention too.
How much does the updated Renault Kangoo cost and when does it go on sale?
Renault now offers its all-electric Kangoo E-Tech at a lowered more attractive price for its consumers. MWB models will see a reduction by as much as £2,500 and £1,000 on long wheelbase variants. As well as the LWB version of the zero-emission-in-use Kangoo E-Tech qualifying for the maximum £5000 PiVG.
