Summary
What does this car say about you?
Hopefully says sensible and practical but still likes a car with a sporty driving feel and decent looks.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They did not know what is was when I first brought it home and were very surprised when I informed them that it was a Vauxhall. They like the looks/spec and the drive.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes I would, great overall package and I believe well under-rated.
What are you likely to buy next?
With the amount of cars I have owned over the years I wouldn't like to commit myself to that one. I would probably, if put on the spot, like a new Range Rover, but cost and reliability (according to owner reviews - which I do take a notice of when purchasing cars) has always put me off purchasing one. The new version looks a different proposition altogether though and I do hope they have sorted some of the previous model's reliability issues out, because it is after all an iconic vehicle.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Great to drive. High seating position with good all-round visibility. Suspension is fantastic and soaks up the worst of lumps and bumps. Engine is powerful and very responsive and quite good on the mpg front for a car of its size. Corners very well too and can be thrown around a bit with confidence should you be in sport mood.
What's it like to park?
Large car with a big turning circle but the front and rear park sensors make parking in tight spots relatively easy.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No not as yet.
What's most practical about your car?
Great level of space inside and well specced out, good visibility all round. Parking sensors front/rear are a great addition to have on a car of this size and do work really well.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Used the 4 wheel drive system over the past week in the snow and it is fantastic, would feel confident driving this car anywhere even though it is not a permanent 4 wheel system but merely kicks in when conditions get tricky.
