Summary
What does this car say about you?
I guess is is a Vauxhall which isn't known to be a classy brand as such but the car looks good when shiny and does what I need it to do.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
My closest neighbour lives 3 miles away!
Would you buy this car again and why?
Probably not as it is a little thirsty on fuel but I also like to change my car. However I wouldn't have changed my initial choice in cars before choosing the Antara.
What are you likely to buy next?
Volvo XC60 or Range Rover Evoke.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
Yes
What price did you pay?
£25,000
When did you buy the car?
January 2014
Did you get a good deal and why?
Leased via an independent broker for £224 per month and 3 down for the top of the range model!
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I needed a 4x4 and as I lease my cars I got a very good monthly lease price, which for the size of the car and goodies it has, it was hard to say no!
What was the dealer like?

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It has good ride height and handles very well with little roll. The downside is that the low profile tyres and 19inch wheels mean this can be a little firm.
What's it like to park?
Not that easy due to a pretty poor turning circle. However it does have front and rear parking sensors and good viability which helps!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Only issue I have is the radio has started turning itself off during the journey, so there may be a loose connection.
What's most practical about your car?
Good ride height and all round visability.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Hill start is very handy, especially in the rural area that I drive in.
