Vauxhall Astra Convertible (2001 - 2005) 2.2 16V 2d Owner Review

I find some pretty darn good second hand cars in the UK, and this was no exception! Beautiful to look at ( Jeremy Clarkson once said on Top Gear, Vauxhall have never made an ugly car, and I think he is right) drives wonderfully well, and everything works perfectly! We drove this car down through France in 2015 and had a great drive!, only had one fault, the stupid valve that sends the gasses back through the inlet manifold, we could have done without this waste of time piece of apparatus! We have left this vehicle on our hobby farm for 2 years in the Spanish sun, when we returned here in July 2017 I honestly expected to simply throw it away! A new battery, and repaired 3 flat tyres and its back on the road as good as the day it was made! I love it, great car, e,ectric hood is fantastic. This is the Bertone Model, and I think its very stylish, comfortable and Id buy a dozen of them! Apart from a mouse chewing through a couple of wires going to the front headlight there was no real damage to this car despite sitting for so long!
