Summary
What does this car say about you?
My bertone shows that i can i still look good in age and will still be stylish in years to come, but still have a reliability aspect that comes with speed.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Like the looks of the car, even with it being a Vauxhall as these are usually sensible cars. All impressed with power and space in the car, espically the back.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I would only buy this car between the years 00-04 as the next ones have different transmission and engines. My brother had a 54 plate bertone 1.8 and it felt totally different to drive. the handle and gear box werent as good and car just didnt seem to be as responsive.
What are you likely to buy next?
Looking at Audi a4, about 6 or 7 years old.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Even being 12 year old car drives just as solid as new. Power is still there but it does take its time to kick in, but its been like that since ive had it. Handling is pretty good for size of car but i wouldnt push it too hard on circles as the tail just wants to slide.
What's it like to park?
For being a sleek looking car the wing mirrors are pretty big, so parking isnt a problem. the lock of the steering is good and i can always get the car swung in a first attempt.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing major has gone wrong with car and have never had any expensive MOTs. But still wary of time chain as i know this will cost a lot to fix.
What's most practical about your car?
Even being a two door, its easy to get in and out of back as the front seats come right forward. Theres no problem in getting kids and kids seats out of back.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Cruise control, its easy to use and is great for long journeys.
