It looks good and some don't realise it's a Vauxhall.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, it's a good car for the price but I've bought it as a stop gap. It's not a premium, fast or desirable car.
What are you likely to buy next?
Audi A5 or a jaguar f pace.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Seemed a good deal, bought July 2015 for a 2013 Sri with 26k on the clock. No scratches or marks so seemed a good price.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Girlfriend wrote off my Astra Sri hatch 2011.
What was the dealer like?
Rubbish, didn't really seem interested in the sale and I had to constantly chase.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Steering and acceleration are far better than the 5 door hatch, don't go for the 1.7 in higher tune, it is much slower and I'm getting identical mpg in this 2.0 to that 1.7 in the 5 dr hatch.
What's it like to park?
Easy it's a small car, however the doors are massive and very difficult to get in and out of as the opening angle is tiny due to the size.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing has gone wrong in the first 6 months, which is a total relief as the hatch version I had of this car would go wrong monthly.
What's most practical about your car?
Rear space is better than expected and the boot seems not much smaller than the hatch equivalent. The wheels on this are also 18s which are so much cheaper than the 19s I had on the hatch and the difference in ride comfort is unbelievable.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
It's the standard Sri and I'm unfortunately coming from the hatch Sri which had a lot of optional extras. Therefore massively miss the led daytime running lights which I thought this also had but doesn't. Also miss the adaptive xeons which this doesn't have and the Eco flex boot. If you can get one with the upgraded lights do it, night driving is so much better and the yellow day time lights on this look awful.
