Economy
Value
Fine, seating fabrics could be better!
Costs
Outstanding. Well priced servicing and 60-70 mpg on normal urban/extra urban driving conditions. Less economical at motorway speeds.
-
On the road
Driving
Capable handling and pin sharp steering. Power steering can be heavy at low speeds.
Performance
Good. Turbo reacts around 1800 rpm and performs smoothly.

Living with it
Reliability
100%
Image
I have a flame red version wirh hatch spoiler and body kit so it talks the talk.
Comfort
Fair! Dull interior fabrics/upholstery and trim let down a potentially good interior. Split rear backrest is commendable, but let down badly with a one piece rear bench seat - major interior design fault.

Security and Service
Security
Immobiliser, deadlocks, security nuts on alloy wheels. An alarm should be installed as standard.
Service
Dealer serviced & mot tested from brand new. Fair pricing and readily available genuine vx spares inspire confidence in servicing capability. Mot test was free of charge at service date.
