Summary
What does this car say about you?
Not much really. Like a car that works and is relatively cheap to run.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Clean, smooth car. comfortable inside and good on long journeys.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, but a larger engine version with cruise control. But then consumption would suffer, so its a cat and mouse scenario. Diesels are a lot more so out of the question, and i don't really like diesels.
What are you likely to buy next?
Insignia, Mondeo, or if the other half lets me the VXR Astra.

November 2012
Did you get a good deal and why?
Very good deal, 0% finance, GAP insurance, 3 Years warranty, Protected interior and Exterior for 2 years.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Good Finance Deal with Eden Vauxhall (0%).
What was the dealer like?
Christchurch Branch was very helpful. very friendly and even after we picked the car up they were very helpful with follow up calls. Had a leaky door sill and was replaced easily with no worries.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Smooth and clean gear changes. Lacks a grunt but it is a little engine in a medium sized car. bit jerkey when cold but once warmed up perfect. Very light on the front end so when acellerating quickly out of junctions it does tend to wheelspin.
What's it like to park?
Not as easy as my previous Mondeo estate or 406 estate, but as its smaller can find spaces easier. mirrors seem a little odd, but it could just be my parking!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Only a leaking door sill when we had some very heavy rain. Booked in to be checked on Christmas eve. Replaced in the new year after the part was ordered.
What's most practical about your car?
Surprisingly large, decent boot space. economical around town and A roads.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Decent stereo, good steering wheel controls. On board computer with current MPG, Average MPG, trip distance, Trip consumption etc very good. Would opt for the Cruise control next time though.
